If this is appealing to you, we want to meet you.We are looking for an exceptional Principal Technical Architect (Oracle EBS) based in Manesar(Gurgaon/ Bangalore. who can perform technical architectural design, development, implementation and enable IT and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. You will be working in partnership with business relationship managers (BRM), business users, and technical teams to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the IT change control processes, gathering end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.Responsibilities:

• Creates solution and architecture designs to define technology approaches and solutions to implement/integrate software applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet business and technical requirements of the organization.
• Collaborates with finance/supply chain/service operations and IT in the global design, development, implementation, and expansion of organization's Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite of applications.
• Partners with business systems analysts and technology SMEs to ensure that technology solutions are fit for purpose, meet business requirements, and aligns with the strategic technology vision.
• Improves efficiency by helping business and technology leaders identify opportunities to leverage existing technologies and platforms to improve user experiences, efficiency, security and/or stability.
• Leads small team efforts to design and deliver proof of concept solutions for scenarios when a new technology is being introduced to meet a business need.
• Continuously learns new technologies and capabilities and keeps up with digital skills and certifications and effectively use them to improve IT systems.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology.
• 8 years of experience as an Oracle Application technical resource designing, architecting, solutioning, configuring application flows for finance and supply chain business functions.
• Experience in manufacturing industry setting and information technology experience.
• Development and architecture experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, BI Publisher, Forms Personalization, OA Framework, Web ADI, Oracle APEX, Oracle REST.
• Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change.
• Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
