As a Clinical Moder - Big Data Machine Learning within our Clinical Modeling and Evidence Integration team / Hyderabad, you will develop and implement data cohort creation, data insights and predictive or machine learning models with Big Data (such as large observational study results, electronic health records, Real World Evidence studies) to generate clinical development relevant insights and decision supports.We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve peoplexe2x80x99s lives. Ready to get started?Main responsibilities:Create the cohorts of interest from the big data sources (i.e. electronic health records).Provides data visualization and summaries reports.Develop or implement clinical machine learning models to bridge RWE and clinical inference.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address scientific questions with integrated RWE and clinical insights.Assist and may work under the direction of clinical modelers.About youExperience:3 Years of experience in Machine Learning if no PhDMachine learning skills. Experience/Knowledge in Causal inference methods is a plus.Excellent Python and/or R programming skills are required. Experience in xe2x80x98tidymodelsxe2x80x99 framework is a plus.Experience using version control systems (eg, Git, GitHub).Soft and technical skills:Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of statistical concepts. Some knowledge about clinical development is a plus.
Education: PhD preferred (or MS + 3 Years of experience) in statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, mathematics or other related disciplinesLanguages: R, Python, Julia.
