Read more: .The Principal Software Engineer, SAP Supply Chain Planning is responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the BMS business. Through strong collaboration and a focus on business success, this person drives design and implementation activities for the Planning functionality in SAP S4 including integration with other areas such as Order to Cash, Production Planning, Procurement etc. This person has a good understanding of working in an FDA and GxP environment.If you want an exciting and rewarding career that is meaningful, consider joining our diverse team!Key ResponsibilitiesLead mid-size projects with prominent Planning and Supply Chain functionalityStrong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Planning functionality.its interdependencies with OTC, Procurement and Manufacturing Execution.Providing solutions by using the SAP S/4HANA application as well as related bolt-on, related tools and integrations tools.Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Intercompany requirements globally.Accountable for delivery of projects on time and on budget, adhering to high-quality development principles.Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.Provide support to confidential company programs /projects (Transformation M&A)Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, Global IT team members, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.Manage stakeholder communications for projects.Develops self and others through training and project work assignments.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.At least 12 years of experience implementing projects with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning. Deep configuration and controls knowledge is expected.Knowledge of Order to Cash, Materials Management (Procurement), and SAP IBP (DP, SP) functionality with full cycle SAP implementations.Knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), MDG (Master Data Management)Experience implementing SAP solutions for pharmaceutical industry, in FDA and GxP regulated environment is a plus.Experience managing projects or components of large projects.Able to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships. Experience working in a matrix organization.Able to manage work across virtual teams.Strong oral and written presentation skills.Demonstrates openness to learning new skills and helping others to raise their \xe2\x80\x9ctechnology quotient\xe2\x80\x9d.Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team.
