Experience- Min. 5 years as Principal
We are looking for a principal with excellent leadership skills and a passion for education. The principal is responsible for creating budgets, disciplining students and ensuring that learning objectives are met.
• A master's degree in education.
• Experience as a principal or in a senior position at a school.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership Principals are educational leaders who provide direction and coordination within the school. They should be visible leaders who are enthusiastic, motivational, and fair.
• Academics Principals oversee all aspects of academics, including curriculum standards, class schedules, and student achievement data.
• Staff management Principals manage teachers, support staff, and office staff, ensuring they comply with school rules. They also organize professional development programs and workshops.
• School finances Principals manage the school's budget, order school supplies, and schedule maintenance.
• Communication Principals communicate with parents, teachers, students, and community leaders. They also meet with parents and teachers to discuss students' progress and behavior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?160,000.00 per month
