To learn more about or purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our .Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.The project:Stadium and sports hub project in Ahmedabad.Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - for our people to excel.Provides visible health and safety advice and management to project/s (or multiple small projects), provides guidance and assurance to project team/s and business.Youxe2x80x99ll be responsible for:Drives the implementation and compliance of business health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards on assigned project/s.Leads preparation of external ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.Monitors and assists with the creation and coordination of the inspection and audit schedule, undertakes and provides support for operational health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) inspections and audits.Provides Input and participates in the development of new and updates to existing standards.Analyses and interprets results of reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports and key performance indicators (KPIxe2x80x99) s, ensuring mechanisms are in place to enable accurate measurement, reporting and rectification - identifies gaps for improvement and develops mitigation plans with operations to support rectification.Contributes to and manages incident investigations in line with business procedure.Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Manages stakeholders.Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.Youxe2x80x99ll need to have:Graduate engineer, PG in construction/industrial safety or any equivalent specialization.Experience of projects of a similar nature.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
