Join our challenge to get Ahead Together.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Product Owner in Product Planning and Product Backlog ManagementSupporting Delivery and Technical Leads in execution of product plansSupporting Tech Owner in managing product related changes and enhancementsManaging Service Operations ensuring quality and timely deliverablesManaging Capacity Planning and Quarterly Deliverables in discussion with PO and Tech OwnerManaging and Coordinating Product Related Meetings and Stand-UpsManaging Product Related Tools, SharePoint and Stakeholder CommunicationsResponsible for removing impediments that are blocking the team from making progress.Responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and help the team identify areas for improvement; facilitate communication and collaboration between the teams.Responsible for building a productive environment where team members \xe2\x80\x98own\xe2\x80\x99 the product and enjoy working on it.RequirementsMaster or Bachelor degree in computer science, Business or Similar Field.8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in field of Data, Digital and Tech with 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Scrum Master.Good understanding of ITIL Framework and ITSM Principles.Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.Strong understanding of Project Management and Software Development Practices.Experience working in a cloud-based Data & Analytics platform (AWS, Snowflake, Azure, GCP).Excellent communication and facilitation skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams.Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification.PMP certification would be a plus.At GSK we value diversity (Gender, LGBTQ +, PwD etc.) and treat all candidates equally.
