They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.RESPONSBILITIES

  • Leverage structured new product development process and stage gate frameworks to lead project activities from initial research & development throughout the entire project development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with internal global cross-functional engineering teams and subject matter experts as well as external technical partners such as design houses and fab/foundry partners to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, detailed work breakdown structure, project budget, costing analysis, risk mitigation plans and project timing.
  • Keep projects on track and ensure timely completion within the defined scope, accountable for successfully meeting or exceeding commitments on product performance, product cost, cycle time, project cost and quality.
  • Work in conjunction with Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Sales
  • Conduct regular frequency of project meetings, maintain action RAIL, document all information and ensure meeting minutes and all data and information is appropriately shared.
  • Regularly publish progress status reports to leadership and stakeholders highlighting achievements, milestone deliveries and associated metrics
  • Proactively communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery of the program.
  • Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • Continuous risk assessment and problem resolution; apply change management, risk management and resource management best practices.
  • Constantly assess what is working, what is not working, identify areas for improvement and consistently drive continuous improvement.
DESIRE SKILL:\xef\x83\xbc Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Integrated Circuit Design, Physics or Equivalent)
\xef\x83\xbc 12+ years of technical project management experience including full lifecycle developments (initial research & development though series launch) with automotive electronics, integrated circuits, and sensors
\xef\x83\xbc Experience in all aspects of the design, development and deployment of ICs and Mixed Signal ASICs System Specification, Architectural Design, Analog & Digital Design, Functional Verification, Circuit Design & Synthesis, Mixed-Signal Verification, Physical Design, Physical Verification & Signoff, Fabrication, Packaging & Test, Qualification & Release
\xef\x83\xbc Experience with supplier management and working with external technical partners such as design houses and fab/foundry partners, conducting regular design reviews, process & product audits, quality reviews, etc.
\xef\x83\xbc Experience with requirements definition, defining project scope and managing scope creep, identifying and mitigating risks, identifying and managing critical dependencies.
