We are looking for a product leader to help us develop new ways to build Trust with our Selling Partners and lead this charter for Amazon India. Key job responsibilities This role is responsible for end-to-end product management for IN Vendor Experience charter and directly accountable for the delivery of products/features for Inbound and Outbound workflows on Vendor Central across all IN Sellers. The role requires strong technical understanding across multiple legacy systems and latest technologies to effectively influence WW Tech teams in coordination with IN Tech and business stakeholders, expertise in risk identification and mitigation, and the ability to drive low effort and high impact solutions under tight deadlines in a resource-constrained environment. Aside from planning, executing and monitoring / controlling product delivery, this role also owns ensuring IN Tech is staffed appropriately to deliver on strategic VX priorities, re-prioritizing both projects and tech resourcing to meet shifting business needs, and establishing scalable mechanisms for project delivery. It requires both a long-term strategic view of the IN VX roadmap as well as a hands-on technical expertise and operational excellence. This position is a highly visible role that requires interaction and partnership with senior leaders of Amazon Retail, Finance, SCOT functional teams, and the Operations teams. The output of this team will have material impact on our customers, improve Amazon\'s top and bottom line, and Vendor Experience.
