Job Description


Senior Product Manager to join our team at a leading Employee Experience SaaS company. You'll drive the strategic vision, development, and expansion of our platform, designed to deliver outstanding employee experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams-Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales etc.-you'll shape the product roadmap, prioritize key features, and deliver innovative solutions that address customer needs and fuel business growth.

  • Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Oversee feature requirements and delivery for platform services, including Tenant Setup, Notifications, Branding, Navigation, Feature Activation, Tenant Admin, and more.
  • Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, from idea generation and prioritization to launch and iteration, delivering high-quality features and updates.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and other teams to turn customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts on complex product features, resolving issues and driving alignment through discussions, workshops, and clear communication.
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation by analyzing industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to boost product adoption, retention, and expansion while ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach, using feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the platform, offering support and guidance to internal teams, customers, and partners as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, particularly with platform or infrastructure-focused products.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch.
  • Hands-on experience managing Platform Services, including areas like Tenant Setup, Notifications, Branding, Navigation, Feature Activation, and Admin functionalities.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models, current technology trends, and product management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in agile development environments.
  • Passion for enhancing customer success and delivering top-notch user experiences.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, adapting to entrepreneurial cultures.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global or distributed teams, managing cultural and time zone complexities.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with API-driven platforms, integration technologies, and experience with third-party APIs or building ecosystem partnerships.
