Job Description
:Performance Objectives:
- Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development schedule
- Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team
- Create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges
- Define product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test Engineers
- Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans
- Perform annual appraisals with focus on development and goals setting for team members
- Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issues
- Must have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required
- Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master\'s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years\' relevant industry experience in Product Engineering
- Experience with leading teams and delivering high quality projects on time
- Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors is plus
- Good understanding of silicon bring-up, taking product to production
- Excellent Collaboration and strong communication skills
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. C, VB, Python)
