We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Principal

to lead our Pharmacy College offering

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

and

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)

programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for advancing pharmaceutical education and research.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all academic and administrative operations of the Pharmacy College. Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, and University norms. Design, implement, and update curriculum in line with regulatory guidelines. Lead, mentor, and assess faculty members and promote a culture of academic excellence. Encourage research activities, publications, and student engagement in scientific pursuits. Develop collaborations with pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, and research institutions for internships and training. Maintain high standards of discipline, teaching, and student performance. Represent the college during inspections, audits, and external engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Ph.D. in Pharmacy or M.Pharm from a PCI-approved institution.
?

Minimum 15 years of teaching experience

in a PCI-recognized Pharmacy institution.
? Proven track record in academic leadership and administration.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

?60,000.00 - ?1,20,000.00 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
