  • Responsible for product releases that meet the performance release criteria for successful deployment to production.

Job Requirement:
  • 15+ years of experience with performance testing, monitoring, analyzing, and tuning web applications and supporting infrastructure in Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in leading engineers
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members towards successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail during the execution of performance testing and the comprehensive analysis of results.
  • Possess an inherent tenacity, showcasing an unwavering dedication to delve deeply into performance issues until the root cause is not only identified but effectively addressed.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze complex issues and derive effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrate extensive expertise in utilizing code management tools, encompassing but not limited to IntelliJ, VSCode, Git, and VS Team, ensuring streamlined collaboration and effective version control.
  • Showcase considerable experience in implementing CI/CD practices, leveraging tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, and others, to seamlessly integrate performance testing into development pipelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in test management and test methodologies, applying a strategic approach to the testing process that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Bring hands-on experience in agile development, contributing to the dynamic and collaborative nature of agile teams.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with an acute attention to detail, ensuring thorough and effective resolution of complex issues.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective collaboration within the team-oriented environment, and ensuring clear communication of intricate technical details.
