•Seeking a dynamic Nursing Principal with an MSc in Nursing and 15+ years of experience to lead academic programs, ensure quality education, mentor staff, manage operations, and uphold professional standards in a healthcare setting.•
• Provide strategic leadership in nursing education and practice.
• Develop and implement nursing curricula aligned with standards.
• Mentor and guide faculty and nursing staff.
• Ensure quality education and professional development.
• Manage institutional resources and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor policies and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in nursing education and practice.

Pay: From ?90,000.00 per month
