To drive and provide all support for the technical troubleshooting done by the 3rd line Core & 3rd Line Access for customers in region and if required to also engage with the partner s like Juniper, Cisco etc.
Plan the configuration of new services for customer or any changes to the design
Ensure all the design documents are kept up to date with regards with the running configuration on design
Liaise with different teams and vendors for vendor driven changes and validate the change/implementation plans and provide technical authorization on the plans
Work with project teams for new opportunities or sites/service onboarding design and implementation
Manage customer/stakeholder communication for any Service improvement plan, major incident investigation or any new opportunity designing and implementation
Have technical skills of 3rd line and above capability to resolve complex faults, & support complex provide & change issues, on a 24/7 basis (where required)
Incident Management: End to End Management of customer networks and providing a rapid response to customer raised incidents and problems

Configuration Management: Manage configurations and implementations

Key accountabilities
Very good understanding of Cisco Viptela SDWAN
10+ years\' experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant
5+ years of experience in Cisco Viptela SDWAN
Background in networking with focus on IP technologies (Network, security and SDWAN)
Experience in delivering end to end network and security Solutions within any domain
Thorough understanding of FortiGate, Checkpoint, Cisco, SDWAN domain
Good understanding of datacenter setup for ISPs and enterprise customers
Understanding of modern IT production datacenter and Internet (ISP/ASP) hosting operations
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Certified Cisco Viptela SDWAN
Expert Level Qualification in FortiGate, Checkpoint and Cisco.
Min - CCNP qualified, CCSA,CCSE
Service Management qualification, ITIL Foundation essential, ITIL Intermediate preferred.
Strong understanding of Firewalls and network setup. Datacenter management
