Job Summary : The Principal of the Law Department will lead the academic and administrative functions, ensuring a high standard of legal education. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, faculty management , student affairs and compliance with regulatory bodies like the Bar Council of India.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee curriculum development and legal education programs.

Manage faculty recruitment , training , and performance.

Promote student - centered learning and professional growth.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain academic quality.

Collaborate on strategic planning and department growth.

Additional Qualifications:

• Advanced certifications in legal education, counselling, or related fields will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of legal frameworks and the educational structure in law.
• Proficiency in student management systems and career counselling tools specific to the legal profession
• Candidates with a background in law will be considered for additional benefits. Those with references or strong professional connections with judges or individuals in high-power positions will have a distinct advantage."

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Law (PhD preferred).
