Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Oxford Kids Montessori House of Children & Teacher Training to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the center. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Montessori principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a nurturing and effective educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Montessori House and Teacher Training programs.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Montessori educators and staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's goals and objectives.
• Ensure the center meets regulatory requirements and adheres to best practices in Montessori education.
• Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Montessori curriculum for children and teacher training programs.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with Montessori principles and meets the needs of the children and trainees.
• Program Administration:
• Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, community partners, and educational institutions.
• Handle enrollment processes, including admissions and orientation for new families and trainees.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and teaching methods.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education and training.
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education and Certification:
• Montessori Certification for Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Montessori education, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, program administration, and staff management.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with families and community stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
