Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in Commerce or Economics.
• Experience: 12 to 15 years in academic administration, preferably in a higher education or college environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing faculty and staff, fostering teamwork, and staff development.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of academic standards, regulations, and institutional accreditation processes.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on institutional development and growth.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Proficiency in academic and administrative software systems.
