: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Principal for its (Matriculation Hr Sec School) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students, while also promoting a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to student success.
Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance the educational experience for students
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Academic leadership: Develop and implement academic policies, programs, and initiatives that promote academic excellence and student success.
• Resource management: Manage resources of the MHS School, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support academic and administrative functions.
• Faculty supervision: Supervise and evaluate the performance of faculty members, ensuring that they are meeting the standards of the institution.
• Student support: Ensure that students receive the support and resources they need to succeed, including advising, counselling, and access to student services.
• Community engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to enhance the reputation and visibility of the institution.
• Compliance and regulations: Ensure that the institution complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation/recognition standards.
• Crisis management: Respond to emergencies and crises in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, faculty, and staff.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for the growth and development of the MHS School, including securing funding, expanding programs, and attracting students.

Qualifications: • A Master's degree, with M.Ed.,
• A teaching certification from a recognized institution
• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting
• Strong knowledge in academics and passion to teaching and students management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to student success and a positive learning environment
