Learn more at www.circana.comWhat will you be doing?We are looking for a Principal Java Engineer who is capable of contributing to new and existing web applications by creating/maintaining microservices as well as standalone java applications. Our solution is a high visibility product that integrates with internal and external customer data to provide insights into customer provided product/competitor sales.Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to build and unit test microservices written in java using Spring Boot framework.
• Create and maintain integration and regression testing framework on Jenkins integrated with GIT repositories.
• Participate in the agile development process, and document and communicate issues and bugs relative to web services in scrum meetings.
• Work collaboratively with both the onsite and offshore teams.
• Ability to solve problems, work on defects, and production issues.
• Participate in code release, production deployment, and production support.
• Train and support junior engineers.
• Work with multiple stake holders to design, implement, test, and support application solution.

Requirements:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science preferably.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Java applications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the following java libraries and tools: Spring Boot, lombok, gradle/maven, git, java 8+, bash, JPA.
• Good implementation experience of OOPS concepts.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries
• Ability to build abstracted, modularized reusable code components.
• Able to quickly adapt and learn.
