Come join the Global Cloud Services team and work with a talented group of people building our next generation Cloud Automation, Dev Productivity, Observability and Data Transport / Logging Platform for our internal needs. Within Global Cloud Services, this team is responsible for the ensuring that data from ServiceNow\'s infrastructure across the world can be utilized effectively for better decision making.
What you get to do in this role:
We\'re looking for a passionate, driven Senior Product Manager who can help us define product vision and provide thought leadership to deliver Cloud Automation, Dev Productivity, Observability and Data Transport / Logging Platform offerings for the ServiceNow Cloud. These services will enable internal operations and engineering teams to be more effective through real-time access to service telemetry and robust usage of advanced machine learning capabilities. The Senior Product Manager will drive roadmap priorities, define and deliver features (based on target personas) working with internal engineering teams (spread geographically), define and track KPIs focused on product and feature adoption, and write technical product updates trajectory as needed. This role provides a high-impact opportunity to work on solving tough Cloud Automation, Dev Productivity, Observability and Data Transport / Logging related challenges in a high-energy, startup-like environment with experienced engineering leaders and a highly collaborative team.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
7+ years of experience in product management focused on data logging/ observability
3 plus years\' experience in a SaaS company and/or Cloud Infrastructure automation space
Strong experience in scoping and defining requirements for Data logging solutions/ platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a distributed team across the world
Exposure to new technologies like Containers, Machine Learning or Big Data will be an advantage
Familiarity with commercial observability offerings such as Elastic Stack and Splunk is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE) or relevant work experience in development, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering
Any product manager experience with external customers will be a plus
