### JOB DESCRIPTION

### This position requires you to lead the technical development and work with talented engineers working in the area of Electronic Hardware Design, FPGA development and verifications.


You will be required to demonstrate strong technical leadership and work under matrix-based environment in the global context.

#### JOB REQUIREMENTS


• Strong capability to work on technologically complex system with risk taking abilities, championing of new ideas and lead the product development from concepts to reality.
• In depth understanding of FPGA hardware design and verification for Aerospace Products
• Strong technical capability to lead Hardware Life Cycle Activities (Requirements development, Detailed Design and Specification, Test Plan and Procedure, Verification and Certification documents).
• Knowledge of FPGA IP development and verification (using VHDL and UVM) and exposure to COTS IP solutions (Intel, Xilinx, Microchip etc)
• Knowledge of industry tools for FPGA (Vivado, Libero, Synplify etc)
• Understanding of hardware peripherals (PCI, CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, UART, NVM, SATA etc.)
• Hands of experience with Lab tools and debugging (code optimization, timing analysis, CPU loading, digital circuits, hardware software integration etc)
• Understanding of DO-254 (Design Assurance Guidance for Airborne Electronic Hardware) process for hardware life cycle.
• Ability to interpret customer's requirement and estimate the work for the technical solution.
• Capability to lead the critical design reviews with global stakeholders and customer audits.

#### QUALIFICATION


• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware development
