• Provide strong leadership to ensure the school achieves academic excellence.

• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
• Academic Management:
• Oversee curriculum development, teaching methods, and educational programs to ensure high-quality education.
• Monitor students' academic performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Promote and implement best practices in education and learning.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.
• Encourage professional development and ensure a supportive work environment.
• Lead staff meetings and promote effective communication within the school.
• Student Development:
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to thrive academically and personally.
• Promote extracurricular activities and holistic development initiatives.
• Address student concerns and ensure the highest standards of discipline and behavior.
• Parent and Community Engagement:
• Foster strong relationships with parents and maintain open communication channels.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and events to address parental concerns and feedback.
• Represent the school in the wider community and build partnerships to enhance school resources and opportunities.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including administration, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in school leadership or administration are preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing school operations and achieving academic excellence.
