Your Mission: As our Principal Functional Analyst, Order Management & Logistics, based in Madhapur, Hyderabad and reporting to the Manager - Enterprise Systems (O2C & Logistics) , your role will be pivotal in the optimization and expansion of our critical order management and logistics operations. Your deep expertise in Oracle EBS and ability to deliver end-to-end IT solutions will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration of our commercial and operational processes.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative, best-fit solutions. Your technical prowess and business acumen will empower you to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: Oracle Order-to-Cash and Logistics Domain Expertise: Provide hands-on expertise in the finance domain IT solutions and best practices to guide the choice of IT solutions and process performance. Extrapolate business requirements (new, change, or root cause fix) into end-to-end system capability needs. Ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with the finance domain, IT strategy, and roadmap.
Oracle EBS Order Management and Logistics Support: Provide 24x5 support for Oracle EBS Order Management and Logistics modules, including on-call support for P1 and P2 incidents and outages during weekends and holidays. Collaborate closely with other domain consultants to ensure cross-process, systems, data, and integration impact assessment and solutioning. Ensure solution design documentation and governance.
Project Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement: Responsible for all project activities related to Oracle EBS Order Management and Integrations with third-party systems. Collaborate with internal and external auditors, prepare for SOX controls, provide supporting evidence, and review SOX controls with reviewers. Ensure solution development quality and deployment test criteria agreed with customer stakeholders. Work and liaise with customer stakeholders to drive adoption and solution performance measures. Serve as a point of escalation for any project issues, identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and timely communicate the project status to stakeholders. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for escalated system issues and the impact of containment fixes and permanent resolution.
Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference
Essential for your Success: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Order Management and Logistics modules, including Order Scheduling, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Intercompany Transactions, Configure to Order, and Available to Promise (ATP). Deep understanding of system and data integration architecture of Oracle EBS, with proven expertise in developing process flows, architecture diagrams, and data modeling. Strong experience in end-to-end implementations, global rollouts, and upgrades of Oracle EBS Order Management and Logistics solutions for multinational corporations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
