We are looking for a Principal to join our Academic heights Public school. This role requires them to work for school Academics. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for academics, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and best practices. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and revise curriculum, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices and emerging healthcare trends. Mentor and support, fostering their professional growth and development. Foster a culture of research and scholarly activity among faculty and students, promoting a spirit of inquiry and continuous learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contributing to the development and realization of the vision, mission and objectives of the School.
• Conceptualizing and continuously improving the school structure, academic, research and professional programs including their curriculum and teaching methods.
• Communicating with Parents when ever needed & solving the issues
• Faculty and staff recruitment, development and evaluation.
• Managing Academics, Administration & Finance.
• Responsible for smooth functioning of school
• Monitoring the Teachers Performance & suggesting them in improving their skills.
• To supervise the work of non-teaching staff and co-ordinate their work.
• To conduct interviews and select the required staff when and where necessary.
• Implement innovative methods to improve the School Brand
Qualification:
• B.ed or M.ed is mandatory
• 5+ years of work experience in CBSE schools either as a Principal/Vice Principal
• Knowledge of CBSE policies and procedures is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent oral and written communication Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgment.
• Strong analytical skills to devise specific action plans for schools after understanding their pain points.
• Ability to work well with cross functional teams.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
