In your role as an Engineering Manager within our team, you'll be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and expanding a group of skilled and diverse engineers and architects. These professionals excel in creating outstanding experiences for end users and delivering top-notch services. Your duties will involve collaborating with other teams to develop innovative solutions in the mobile threat defense sector. Leadership skills are crucial, as you'll need to elevate technical standards, foster a culture focused on data and results, and encourage a team environment of high collaboration and trust. Additionally, promoting the adoption of Microsoft 365 Security products is key. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up-like environment, is committed to gradually achieving a clearly defined long-term architecture and finds motivation in tackling challenging security issues.

• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products and services.
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership roles, managing teams effectively.
• Skilled in nurturing and developing talent within the team.
• Strong communication skills and proficient in working with multidisciplinary teams, including Software Engineers, Program Managers, Security Researchers, and Data Scientists.
• Extensive experience in programming for Android, iOS, macOS, or Microsoft Windows.
• Solid understanding of network programming fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPN, HTTPS, etc.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable in secure software development practices.
• Experienced with various software development tools, including source control systems (GIT), automated build systems, compilers, software validation systems, project tracking, and lifecycle management systems.
• Ability to work independently, managing technical and architectural dependencies effectively.
• Holds a BS or MS degree in Computer Science.
