Develops large and/or highly complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or technical leader/consultant. What you will be doing:

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports testing to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 9+ yrs experience in building and contributing to Automation and Performance testing framework
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Selenium
• Good knowledge of database, especially with MS SQL

• Experience with tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or BrowserStack, sitespeed.ioStrong understanding of Design patters in Agular / JavaScript
• Proficiency with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.

• Experience of Agile Scrum / SAFe will be an added advantage
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator xe2x80x93 ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Organized approach xe2x80x93 manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
