Where your purpose accelerates our mission.Responsibilities:Provide leadership to effectively define, communicate and execute test strategies both manual as well as automation to ensure product quality and delivery are maintained.Lead the impact assessment of design changes at project/ platform level and identify the scope of testing, automation framework impact and strategies the verification activitiesLead and collaborate with verification team to drive improvements to test execution, quality and deliveryCoordinate the debug process of failing test cases along with the design team.Communicate testing requirements and strategy and provide guidance to software developers, testers, and suppliers as needed.Plan and execute system integration activities to minimize issues in systems validationContribute to efficiency improvements within the V&V functionIdentifying Testing Risks and own the Risk Mitigation Plans.Work within Agile team to deliver quality products as one teamGuide the team on effective verification approachAssist/guide in authoring, reviewing and execution of verification test casesPlay a front ending role in ISO audits and quality reviewsEstablish traceability of verification artifacts to requirementsDrive simplification and process optimization initiatives across the functionCompile Verification Test Summary Report at conclusion of formal verification phase for submissionDevelop and maintain an effective and corroborative working relationship with internal and external development partners.Reasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
