If you enjoy simplifying difficult problems not just on your own projects but also to help others in your team, if you love taking up unprecedented challenges then we have this exciting opportunity for you to join our structures department as a Senior engineer. We are seeking a senior structural engineer who will be able to help us grow our design team in structures department with their technical expertise with having worked on overseas projects to international codes. You should have led buildings projects with multiple typologies from concept to detailed design stage. Your duty will be to design and manage UK projects from India (Gurgaon) while liaising with virtual team across the country and in the UK.You must have a master\'s degree in structures from an institute of repute. Experience of around 10 years but not necessarily in number of years but in developing ways of working in a structural-design- team though the lessons learned over years of practice. Basic knowledge of how either of ETABS, ROBOT, or TEKLA structural designer (TSD) work and working with MS excel will be required. Revit, and AUTOCAD basics will be added advantages. In depth knowledge of in-situ Concrete and Steel work design, commercial acumen and people managing skills are the qualities we are looking for.Preferred Qualifications: * Worked on International projects is advantageous

• Practical experience on analysis and design of RCC and Steel structures

REC focusses on providing global expertise using local resources from India. Facilitates cooperation between India, business units in Europe and the Middle East specifically for the Buildings, Transport and Water sectors.Location- GurgaonThis big team is divided into groups of dedicated personnel working for structures in UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway who sometimes also work across these boundaries. They are virtual team mates working on common projects, prime business units in the above countries being the ones who coordinate with the clients and other consultants as well as with REC to pass on the design solutions to the user. The wide range in type of projects vary from high rise structures, to precast, to post tensioning etc., for some regions to industrial structures depending on the country you are working for. • M Tech degree in Structural Engineering from an institute of repute.
• Must have experience on buildings projects with Reinforced concrete and Structural steel.
• Must have command on any of the structural analysis software along with design of various elements using excel or the likes such as TEDDS
