n your new role you will:


D



• evelop and implement a comprehensive s oftware validation and testing strategy f or Ultra Wideband technology.
L
• ead a small team of test engineers responsible for d eveloping and executing t est cases and test plans.
C
• ollaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and priorities.
W
• ork with cross-functional teams to ensure that appropriate testing methodologies are implemented throughout the product development lifecycle.
D
• evelop and maintain test automation tools and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
E
• nsure that all testing activities are executed in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality products toour customers.
M
• onitor and analyze product performance data to identify and address quality issues.
e
• mplement and maintain testing metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success.
S
• tay current with industry trends and advancements in Ultra Wide band technology and software testing.

• rovide regular status updates to senior management on testing progress and results.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have
B



achelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
A

t least 10 years of experience in software testing and validation, with a focus on U ltra Wideband technology o r any equivalent w ireless technology.
D

eep understanding of software testing principles and m ethodologies,including t e st automation and CI/CD.
E

xperience with test automation tools, and Jenkins.
S

trong knowledge of Ultra Wideband technology and its applications.
E

xperience managing and leading test teams in an agile d evelopment environment.
S

trong problem-solving and analytical skills.
E

xcellent verbal and written communication skills.
E

xperience working with remote teams and stakeholders.
E

xperience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
E

xperience with creating and managing labs for RF based testing.
