Aufgaben

Technical skills

• Design, develop and analyze systems for the extraction of information from signal and image sensors.
• Good knowledge in designing and implementing algorithms both on conventional signal processing and AI (Artificial Intelligence) methods - Machine learning, Deep Learning.
• Ability to evaluate the performance of existing signal processing and sensor fusion techniques and to investigate and develop new processing techniques with limited supervision
• Good Knowledge of digital filter design, systems theory
• Good knowledge of implementation of digital filters for embedded system applications.
• Help to define processes and procedures for signal processing engineering tasks
• Validate designs through design reviews, detailed analysis, simulation, and product testing
• Knowledge in programming in C/C++/Python for embedded systems
• Strong background and understanding of mathematical concepts relating to probabilistic models, conditional probability, numerical methods and linear algebra.
• Strong project experience involving algorithm development for computer vision applications for face detection, face tracking (general object classification, detection, verification, detection, recognition, tracking)
• Expertise in algorithm development, software implementation, optimization, integration and validation activities
• Strong technical background in Image and signal processing are essential.
• Responsible for working on projects that will include rapid prototyping and developing proof of concepts in signal processing area for automotive applications.
• Experience of implementation in Embedded Linux platforms.

• Self-motivated individual with passion towards state-of-the-art digital signal processing/AI technologies.
• Understanding of the latest developments in wearable & sensing technology
• Experience in design of algorithms for modeling physiological processes and measuring vital signs and activities.
• Strong written and oral communications skills, Clear communication skills (English); Knowledge of German language would be an advantage.
• Embodies and inculcates organization values and creates a learning culture to self and others in the team.
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure as well as being a strong individual contributor.
• Ability to effectively interface with and brief technical solutions to stakeholders

Qualifikationen

1. Ph D/Masters degree/Bachlelors degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or related fields.
2. Preferred specializations in Signal processing/Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science
3. 9-12 years of industry experience environment (preferably automotive).
4. Proven track record of intrapreneurship
5. Experience in a multi-national/multi-cultural work environment and in a matrix organization
