Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and engineering of fire protection systems, including hydrant network, sprinkler system, water and foam spray, and suppression systems.
• Develop and review detailed engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for fire protection systems.
• Manage and oversee multiple fire protection projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure all fire protection systems comply with local, national, and international codes and standards (e.g., NBC, IS, NFPA, FM Global).
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in fire protection engineering.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project managers to integrate fire protection systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on complex fire protection issues.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.




Essential Candidate Requirements:
• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 12 years of industrial experience in a consultancy organization.
• Experience in Chemical, Pharma, General Industry, Agro, FMCG projects.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in 3D model review using Navisworks.- Extensive knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools related to fire protection design.
