For more information, visit .IntroductionThis position is for Senior Yield Engineer in GLOBALFOUNDRIES' India center at Bangalore, supporting 300mm wafer FAB in Dresden, Germany. The candidate will be responsible for functional/ sort test monitoring, root cause analysis and related manufacturing operations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesExtensively work on analyzing the process change data to support the proposed process changes at different levels of proposalsAnalyze the Electrical Test data for abnormalities and take the corrective action through statistical methodologies/ technology specific process knowledge and effective communication with the fab stakeholdersSummarize weekly WET signal package for specific technologies/ customers for internal use and also summarize CFM/PCM defect trends as neededIdentify maverick wafers after the functional/sort test by program and collect wafer spatial signalsPassionately work to correlate inline Wafer Electrical Test and Defects data to maverick wafers in order to identify the root cause of functional/sort test failure.
