The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Harness, or AWS CodePipeline. This role requires a visionary leader capable of mentoring Lead Software Engineers, providing innovative technical solutions, and managing a team of 5 to 6 engineers. The candidate should have a profound understanding of AWS services, big data technologies, Python, data visualization, and infrastructure as code principles. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Function, and Spring Batch. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes. \xc2\xb7 Mentor and guide Lead Software Engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. \xc2\xb7 Serve as a people manager for a team of 5 to 6 engineers, ensuring high performance and team cohesion. \xc2\xb7 Provide expert-level solutions to technical challenges across various projects. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Domain Directors to devise optimal solutions for complex problems. \xc2\xb7 Support service transition and operational support teams in managing and resolving production issues. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the security and scalability of applications by leveraging AWS services like Glue, Step Function, ECR, DocumentDB, RDS, and NoSQL databases. \xc2\xb7 Drive innovation in big data processing and analytics. \xc2\xb7 Implement infrastructure as code using Amazon CDK and ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality. \xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of the latest trends in UI development, containerization technologies, and software engineering practices. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 18+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in leading software development teams and managing CI/CD pipelines. \xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge of AWS services and big data technologies. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Angular or React for UI development. \xc2\xb7 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of networking, VPC, and security principles. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with automation testing and test frameworks.
