Join us and let\'s get started. Key responsibilities - Principal Engineer - HVAC, India EC Building & Places - MEP Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Experience in Commercial, residential, infrastructure, datacenter, healthcare, and hospitality medium to large projects. Experience in US, UK & UAE (preferred). Experience in delivering projects in BIM and relevant discipline software. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical standards. Capable of working on as own initiative, as an overall responsibility and accountability for assigned work. Effective communication skills. Good attention to details. Must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Maintains affiliation with professional societies to keep abreast of current technologies. Accountability for assigned work. Accuracy & precision of work. Leading some of the projects as Project Manager - MEP. Preparing Bids and estimates for new projects. Maintain project communication diligently. Perform QA/QC for the projects getting delivered to the client and maintain lessons learnt for issues identified to avoid recurrence. Take responsibility for training and development of the team. Qualifications Specific Requirement Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of experience on working on Projects in design of High-Rise Building projects, Industrial and Infrastructure or retail Projects. Should have knowledge of Middle East Codes/British Codes/American/European Codes. Experience of design in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors, using latest design methodology. Hands on experience in relevant software like HAP, IES, HevaComp etc. Experience in Revit, Navisworks, Excel, Power Point and Word etc. Good communication skills, and able to work well independently at times. Must be able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Maintains affiliation with professional societies to keep abreast of current technologies. Able to work on Multiple projects at a time. Accountability for assigned work. Accuracy & precision of work. Willingness to learn and develop. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Enthusiastic and Self-motivated. Work well within a multidisciplinary team. Project delivery on BIM. Specific systems or tools used -IES, HAP, HevaComp etc. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience in Handling a team of Engineers and Revit Modellers.
