Job Description

• Comply with Wood's / Clients / Regulatory procedures and implement specific Design HSE / Process Safety / Fire Protection requirements on all projects assigned with
• Prepare HSE plan/deign basis, safety review procedures, Escape & Safety equipment layouts, Equipment Specifications, PFP Reports / Drawings, etc.
• Participate / Prepare Reports for Safety Reviews such as HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, etc.
• Prepare Fire Protection and Fire & Gas detection System Philosophy / Specification, Fire Water Demand Calculations, Datasheets, Deluge/Foam system P&ID and calculations, etc.,
• Prepare Fire Equipment and F&G Layout
• Perform firewater ring-main hydraulic analysis

Compile data for RRA, QRA, FERA Studies to third party



• B. Tech in Chemical (Preferred) / M.Tech - Process Safety / Environment
• Post qualification 12 - 15 years of relevant experience is essential
• Knowledge on Indian and international HSE standards like NFPA, OISD, IP, API, BS, etc., is essential
• Hands on experience in FATHOM / PIPENET is essential
• Hands on experience in DNV PHAST software and HAZOP PRO desirable
