Engineer - Principal (Mobile Developer) , Pune/ChennaiREFID978672Our NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on revamping multiple platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ\'s data and insights to innovate and grow. As a Mobile Engineer, you\'ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. Right now our CDAR platform is concentrating on application convergence with latest cross platform mobile technologies with Xamarin and leverage Azure DevOps to support things like CI/CD and integrations. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chennai and Pune.What you\'ll do\xc2\xb7 Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge iOS & Android mobile applications using the MAUI framework (Microsoft)\xc2\xb7 Drive innovation in cross-platform development using Xamarin, MAUI, and C#.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the mobile development team.\xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend solutions that enhance our mobile capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance by implementing best practices and code reviews.QualificationsWe\'re looking for people who have\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\xc2\xb7 10+years of experience - Hands-on developing mobile Xamarin/MAUI, Native Android, Native iOS applications.\xc2\xb7 Experience in any other cross platform frameworks - React Native, Flutter is an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of cross-platform development and architecture.\xc2\xb7 Strong expertise in mobile application design patterns, best practices, and optimization techniques.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, BitbucketAzure DevOps & Code quality analysis tools like Sonarqube & unit testing tools like NUnit, XUnit\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to thrive in an enterprise Agile/SCRUM environment.
