Job Title / Role: Principal Digital Engineer (Principal Digital Engineer D&AI - Engg, Channel Partners, LAT)

• Education Qualification: Masters/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Science disciplines, or comparable related degree


Required Experience: 9 - 11 Years



Purpose of the role :• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications using Spring Boot and

Microservices architecture.• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather

and analyse requirements.• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Implement and optimize database interactions using frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding

standards.• Should have exposure to build application from scratch: design (low-level & high-level) to

release
• Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and applications.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google

Cloud Platform.• Work with containerization technologies like Docker



Role Description:
Overall, 9 to 11+ years of experience on the backend and DevOps technologies• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

(or equivalent work experience).• Highly proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (Java preferred)
• Extensive experience in Spring Framework, Spring Core, Spring boot, AOP, J2EE
• Skilled in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres and mongo DB preferred)
• Have integrated and deep understanding of messaging platforms like RabbitMQ, Kafka,

cloud messaging etc
• Applied distributed caching solutions like Redis, Memcache, etc
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and related concepts like service discovery, API

gateways, and event-driven communication.• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of software development principles, best practices, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
