We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Design Lead who will be the guiding force behind our design philosophy. As part of this role, you will ensure that design is not just an afterthought but is woven into every digital interaction we craft. Your influence will be crucial for defining the experiences we offer to our employees, doctors, and patients, to the systems and processes we deploy.Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that design is seamlessly interwoven into every digital journey, whether it's for employees, doctors, or patients.
  • You will directly oversee a diverse team of designers, both full-time and contractors, mentor leads and facilitate collaboration between various teams to achieve design excellence across business units.
  • As the primary liaison between the design team and key stakeholders in leadership across the organization, you will foster relationships to align design objectives with business goals.
  • Your role involves promoting and instilling the value of design and user-centricity throughout the organization, championing the importance and intelligence of design, and ensuring that it is perceived as an essential component of the organization's strategy.
  • You will maintain a central view of all design projects across business units, identifying opportunities to create reusable assets and systems that can be standardized across the organization.
  • You will oversee vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and streamlining the process of contractor hiring.
  • As part of your role, you will spearhead the integration of design systems and processes into the product development lifecycle, ensuring design remains at the forefront of product lifecycle.
  • Your responsibilities include enhancing user engagement and platform adoption rates, streamlining processes to make them for efficient and drive productivity, and demonstrating tangible business growth from well-designed customer experiences.
QualificationsEducational qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's in DesignMinimum work experience: Over 12 years in design with a significant portion in leadership roles, showcasing a track record of impactful projectsSkills & attributes:Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and growing diverse design teams, fostering collaboration and nurturing talent.
  • Proficiency in running workshops, with the ability to engage participants, gather insights, and drive outcomes.
  • Experience leading large-scale design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven ability in leading organizational change initiatives, especially those centered around design and user-centricity.
  • Understanding of tools that power our design ambitions, including Mendix, Figma, SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe.
Behavioural skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • An advocate for the user, always prioritizing their needs and experiences.
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate design visions and decisions.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and forward-thinking, always staying updated with industry trends.
