Simultaneously, as the number of cybersecurity threats continues to grow, we recognize the importance of having a comprehensive cybersecurity approach across our solutions to safeguard our business and customers.We seek a Data Quality professional to join our AI Digital Risk Leader & Data Officer team to drive the implementation of Data quality and governance in AI organization.To ensure a cohesive Data governance implementation throughout our AI HUB, you will collaborate closely with AI Hub teams but also Autonomous spokes teams in NAM, GSC and central Data organizations.Responsibilities & duties:- Define the Data requirement for the business to start an AI project and support the adoption- Consolidate data flow diagram from AI platform and AI use cases to build a global vision for the AI hub- Understands how the data is defined, manufactured, identified, maintained, delivered and consumed.- Drive the transition from datasets\xe2\x80\x99 exploration on data scientists\xe2\x80\x99 computer to Platform exploration.- Lead Data Quality (DQ) methodology implementation at local level- Responsible of Data Golden Rule for the AI HUBo Authoritative sourceo Referentialo Data Platform security- Monitor time to access to datao List the existing blocking point to access to datao Drive Data Sharing Agreement between AI HUB and Business and Functions- Co-build and drive Data awareness strategy within AI organization and communicate best practices to AI Data Community- Be accountable for validating & monitoring Critical Data Elements- Own the drafting and overall execution of the local DQ Plan- Coordinate creation dashboards\xe2\x80\x99 creation for Data Health MonitoringQualificationsSkills Required:10+ years of relevant experience in Data management.- Be Well versed with common Data Quality issues and respective mitigation approach- Good knowledge of data related regulatory requirements,emerging trends and issues that impact enterprise data governance- Good knowledge of industry\xe2\x80\x99s best practices for setting up Data Quality standards and maintenance (Data Health, Data Quality, Master Data Management & Metadata Management)- Extensive experience in Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Data Discovery and Source to Target mapping processes- Relevantechnical skills to have day to day interactions with Data Architects and Datascientist.- Experience with AI and ML technologies and services (Machine Learning, Conversational AI, Computer Vision, No Code / Low Code AI)Soft Skills Required:- Customer-oriented with a service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, and approachable)- Good stakeholder management and collaboration- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills.Ability to handle and to maintain confidential information.
