• Data extraction, monitoring, maintenance & changes in process chain (daily/monthly or as per specific requirements), as necessary rerun extractions and ensure data availability in BW system.
• Co-ordinate with other service support groups who are related with performing of this service.
• Experience with Native HANA Modeling is a must. Experience with using SAP Business Objects tools is preferred.
• Experience level on Native HANA
• Experience working with HANA Modeling Artifacts like - Attribute Views, Analytics, Calculated Views (Graphical and Script), stored Procedures and Functions required.
• Experience working with Data Services, and Smart Data Access (Data Virtualization) in HANA is a plus.
• The resource will participate in the requirement and design discussions.
• Must have strong hands-on knowledge and experience of ABAP coding (BW specific), SAP BW HANA Data Modelling, Data Extraction, Designing data flows.
• Experience in Native HANA modelling, SQL, and Procedures.
• Must have hands-on knowledge of Eclipse based BW modelling (BW/4HANA)
• Experience in ODP extraction from various sources like standard data sources based on CDS views and HANA information views.
• Experience in data provisioning tool SLT and ODQ based replication.
• Experience on composite providers, ADSO, and other HANA enabled objects like Open ODS views, etc.
• Knowledge of data integration tools like SDA (Smart Data Access), SDI (Smart Data Integration).
• Experience in Business objects reporting on BEx queries and BW info providers.
• Should be able to guide and mentor team members
• Should be able to lead the team of 15+ members and accountable for a project delivered.

• The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
• Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems.
• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
• Native HANA, BW4HANA, SQL, BW-ABAP (Good to have).
• Good communication skills
• Attitude to learn
