•Group Data Office is the Group Central Data and Analytics arm that works closely with the•

•Group Businesses and Group Corporate functions to enable the execution Strategy through•

•Robust Data Standards & Governance, Actionable Performance Metrics & MIS, and High•

•Impact Information and Analytics Products and Solution.•

•Responsibilities•

• •Program Manage the end-end delivery of Data Products; a key liaison between key•

•stakeholders - Product Manager, Product Owner and business users.•

• •Document minutes, actionable and prepare meeting materials to be shared to all relevant•

•stakeholders.•

• •Manage Data product delivery lifecycle - define project scope, timelines and delivery•

•milestones.•

• •Enable Agile team delivery - define Product Epic, Story and features, work with Product•

•team to track, manage and deliver product features•

• •Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Stakeholders and GDO senior•

•management•

• •Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards for project execution•
• •Measure project performance to identify areas of improvements•

•Qualifications we seek in you!•

•Minimum Qualifications / Skills•

• •Must have an experience in managing complete data lifecycle engagements•
• •Must have business analysis skills - delivered data solutions; analytical usecases for stakeholders•
• •Must have experience in Scrum Agile team; preferred Scrum master with•

•relevant tooling exposure•

• •Demonstrate past experience with leading change management efforts,•

•collaborate at all levels of a•

• •global organization to ensure the successful implementation of change•
• •Must have an excellent client facing communication skills•
• •Preferred experience in Financial Services and other consumer centric•

•business•

• •Preferred MBA or PMP certification.•
