The engineer should possess good communication skills and should be able to articulate complex topics to stakeholders. CDK has a large Linux server fleet and hence the candidate should be able to support large number of servers. In addition to catering for a dynamic environment, the candidate should also be able to collaborate with other teams such as automation/backup/VMware. The job also requires hands-on expertise on cloud technologies. Knowledge of automation and configuration management technologies such as Ansible/Puppet is a huge addition.
