In this role, Seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong leadership, technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the wholesale brokerage insurance industry preferred. The individual is expected to understand requirements, identify appropriate designs, code to the design specifications to ensure a quality solution delivery. Effective collaboration with the business users, IT, and various stakeholders is required. Serves as mentor, advisor and guide to the team of Developers and Sr Devs.Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Development & Support of Applications & Databases
xc2xb7 Participate in Application Modernization program.
xc2xb7 Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas.
xc2xb7 Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive technical solutions.
xc2xb7 Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
xc2xb7 Deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, pattern and architecture means to implement solution. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
xc2xb7 Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns.
xc2xb7 Evaluate existing tech stack and emerging technologies on a regular basis.
xc2xb7 Orchestrate work prioritization, scheduling and allocation for the rest of the Service Provider team.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
xc2xb7 BE/ B Tech/ MCA
xc2xb7 Developer experiencePreferred Qualifications/ Skills
xc2xb7 Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API and Grail frameworks.
xc2xb7 Strong knowledge and experience in MySQL database.
xc2xb7 Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
xc2xb7 Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Mercurial, etc.
xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
xc2xb7 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of agile methodologies.
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
