We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with expertise in Cloud Technologies, including Blue Prism, Terraform, Ansible, Python, AWX, GIT, VMWare, Windows, and Linux. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions to streamline infrastructure processes and enhance operational efficiency. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust cloud infrastructure, deploy and manage automation tools, and optimize systems for scalability and reliability.
Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using Blue Prism, Terraform, Ansible, Python, AWX, GIT, VMWare, Windows, and Linux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and develop appropriate automation strategies.
• Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and configure cloud resources.
• Utilize Ansible and AWX for configuration management, ensuring consistency and standardization across infrastructure environments.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts and frameworks to automate routine infrastructure tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize GIT for version control and collaboration on code repositories.
• Manage and automate VMWare-based infrastructure, including virtual machines and clusters.
• Work with both Windows and Linux-based systems, ensuring automation solutions are compatible and optimized for each platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions, identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud automation, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
\xef\x82\xa7 Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\xef\x82\xa7 Proven experience as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer or similar role.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong expertise in cloud technologies, including Blue Prism, Terraform, Ansible, Python, AWX, GIT, VMWare, Windows, and Linux.
\xef\x82\xa7 Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
\xef\x82\xa7 Proficient in scripting and automation using Python.
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience with version control systems like GIT.
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience managing and automating VMWare-based infrastructure.
\xef\x82\xa7 Familiarity with both Windows and Linux-based systems.
\xef\x82\xa7 Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
\xef\x82\xa7 Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.).
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
\xef\x82\xa7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
