Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Senior Automation Tester!We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic QA team

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum experience in automation testing, with a focus on Selenium.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and test automation frameworks such as TestNG, Cucumber BDD
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• API Testing: Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, Newman
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Selenium
• Ensure the scalability and flexibility of the test automation framework to accommodate changes in application features and requirements.
• Implement best practices for modular and reusable automation code.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand application features and requirements.
• Oversee the execution of automated test suites and monitor test results.
• Analyze and report on automated test results, identifying and prioritizing issues.
• Ensure the timely resolution of automated test failures and defects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the test automation process and tools.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the skills of the automation team.
• Represents client\xe2\x80\x99s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on Selenium Automation tool - Needed.
• Expert in creating frameworks with Selenium and BDD \xe2\x80\x93 Needed
• Experience in Automation on different platforms like web application, API, Mobile and reports
• Previous experience in the implementation or support of supply chain solutions is a plus
• .Experience in Automation on reports like Tableau.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience on Software Testing Expert level experience
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience in working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.Experience in writing complex queries in SQL Server, MySQL.Experience with JIRA and Qtest.
• Passionate about exploring new technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Should have great experience with leading the small team and help the team technically whenever needed

• Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools like

• AWSMobile Testing: Knowledge of mobile automation testing tools like Appium.
• Tosca: Experience with Tosca automation testing tool as an added advantage.
