Effective collaboration with the business users, IT, and various stakeholders is required. Serves as mentor, advisor and guide to the team of Developers and Sr Devs.Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
\xc2\xb7 Platform Rationalization & Modernization
\xc2\xb7 Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
\xc2\xb7 Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
\xc2\xb7 Deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, pattern and architecture means to implement solution. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns.
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate existing tech stack and emerging technologies on a regular basis.
\xc2\xb7 Orchestrate work prioritization, scheduling and allocation for the rest of the Service Provider team.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
\xc2\xb7 BE/ B Tech/ MCA
\xc2\xb7 AINS / CPCU certified
\xc2\xb7 Business Analysis Experience in Specialty Insurance DomainPreferred Qualifications/ Skills
\xc2\xb7 Strong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledge
\xc2\xb7 Requirement Elicitation & translate into technical IT solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Experience on any 2 products out of following Insurance Products -
\xc2\xb7 Insurity - ConceptOne
\xc2\xb7 Vertafore - AIM, IMS
\xc2\xb7 ImageRight, AIR, RMS, TRU, WKFC Appia, WKFC ePayment, Virtual MGA, Emergine
\xc2\xb7 Hands on Experience to Manage COTS Products
\xc2\xb7 Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
\xc2\xb7 Strong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)
\xc2\xb7 Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
\xc2\xb7 Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
\xc2\xb7 Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
\xc2\xb7 Data Analysis & Data Migration experience
\xc2\xb7 Preparing Process Flows and Screen Mockups
\xc2\xb7 Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
