We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Principal to join Chengam School in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.). The position requires a professional who is willing to relocate, and we offer accommodation for the successful candidate and their family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the school's daily operations, ensuring a high standard of education and administrative efficiency.
• Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and caters to the needs of all students.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Student Affairs: Address student issues, promote student welfare, and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Parental Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and involving them in school activities.
• Budget Management: Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities to ensure optimal utilization and financial stability.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role in an educational institution.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
