•Job Summary: •

Vestor College of Management is seeking an accomplished and visionary Principal to lead our institution. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD, possess a minimum of 15 years of progressive academic experience, and have a proven track record with at least 8 published research papers. The Principal will be instrumental in shaping the college's academic direction, enhancing research initiatives, and maintaining high standards of educational quality.

•Key Responsibilities: •

•Leadership & Management: •

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to advance the institution's academic and research goals.

- Oversee the development and implementation of academic policies, curricula, and programs.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for faculty, staff, and students.

•Academic Excellence: •

- Ensure the institution maintains high standards of academic quality and rigor.

- Support faculty development through mentoring, research opportunities, and professional growth initiatives.

- Promote innovative teaching and learning practices.

•Research & Scholarship: •

- Drive the institution's research agenda, encouraging scholarly activities and interdisciplinary collaboration.

- Facilitate research funding and grant acquisition.

- Publish and present research findings to enhance the institution's academic reputation.

•Administration & Governance: •

- Manage budgets, resources, and administrative functions effectively.

- Represent the institution in external academic and professional communities.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.

•Student Affairs: •

- Advocate for students' academic and personal development.

- Address student concerns and enhance the overall student experience.

•Qualifications: •

- •Education:•

- PhD in Management or Technology

•Experience: •

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in academic roles, including at least 5 years in senior administrative positions.

- Demonstrated track record of at least 8 published research papers in reputable journals.

•Skills: •

- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to navigate and influence academic and research environments.
