Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced

Principal Architect

to lead our design and architecture team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating cutting-edge designs that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion. Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions for various projects. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success. Manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members. Work closely with construction teams to translate designs into practical execution. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final plans. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines for architectural projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools. In-depth knowledge of sustainable architecture and modern construction techniques. Excellent leadership, team management, and project coordination skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial, residential, Industrial Knowledge of Indian building regulations and environmental sustainability standards. Education in B. Arc.
