Do you want to be a part of this groundbreaking work?GSKs Global Products & Technology (GP&T) manages, develops and supports GSKs global products and applications (such as Azure, SAP, Workday) as well as providing infrastructure services (including servers & storage, Cloud services, Networking, End User services, Identity & Access Management and Help Desk) to support all GSK sites globally. 100k+ users, across 300+ sites.Role & Responsibilities:Design and implement AI-based solutions leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to solve complex business problems.Utilize and integrate popular AI technology stacks, including but not limited to Crew AI, Lang-chain, Lang-graph, Llama Index, and Semantic Kernel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-performance code in Python and JavaScript using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Deploy and manage AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform.Design and implement HyperAutomation solutions, incorporating RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere A360 Platform.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, HyperAutomation, and related technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and HyperAutomation solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data privacy.We are looking for a Professional and if you have these skills, we would like to speak to you.10+ years of relevant IT experience with at with exposure to RPA and AI.2+ years of experience in delivering AI-based solutions, including LLMs and AI Agents.Hands-on experience with AI technology stacks such as Crew AI, Lang-chain, Lang-graph, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, and other relevant tools.Proficiency in programming languages Python and JavaScript.Strong experience with the Azure cloud platform, including deployment and management of AI solutions.Proven experience in designing HyperAutomation solutions, including RPA tools like Automation Anywhere A360 Platform.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.Familiarity with additional RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or other versions of Automation Anywhere.Experience in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment, including the use of GitHub and Azure Pipelines.Why GSK?Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.
